01 • IDENTIFY YOUR AUDIENCE

Who is your perfect client? Below is a list of all the various factors to consider when thinking about your target audience. Once you have this down, we can address what questions should be asked when thinking about content ideas?

  • Industry / Niche

    • Company size / Revenue range

    • Location

    • Job title or role

    • Age / Gender / Lifestyle (for consumers)

    • Values, beliefs, and goals

    • Motivations (What do they care about most?)

    • Pain points / frustrations

    • Buying behavior and decision-making style

    • Budget alignment (Can they afford your service?)

    • Lifetime value (Are they likely to buy again or refer others?)

    • Relationship fit (Do they communicate well, respect your expertise, etc.?)
